A Few Words About Our Service & Shipping
We ship most orders within a day or two of payment received and we take very special care when packaging your orders, small or large. We use only top-grade boxes and packing material (tape, cardboard pads, bubblewrap, etc). Regarding vinyl, we always remove records from their jackets/sleeves before packing. We go to great lengths to verify original sealed records before offering them for sale. If we think a record has been resealed, we open it. We grade records very conservatively and we do not use the EX grade for vinyl, therefore our VG+ = EX. See our Grading System page for a complete description.
