RTI labels have date of production (July 8 1999) and catalog number (72434-9917613 with matrixes ending in "-G1") stamped on sides one and three. Sides two and four have blank labels. Includes generic white covers which have same information stamped at top right corners. No label copy sheet. Covers have very mild edge and corner wear.
