1966 stereo original unpeeled (second state) "Butcher" cover LP. This is an UNOPENED West Coast example (factory number "5" on back cover). Yellow inner sleeve is clearly visible at opening. One small breathe hole in back cover shrink wrap.

2" x 2.5" piece of shrink wrap missing at top right corner of cover, presumably where a price sticker was torn away. Tiny areas of "foxing" at corners and another along bottom edge of cover, as well as one on the spine. NO cut-out hole!
