1976 red vinyl, white vinyl, and blue vinyl 3LP set recorded live at the L.A. Forum on July 10th and July 13th, 1975. Includes black and white title insert with yellow "Special Bicentennial Collector's Edition" sticker. Discs have plain white labels. Lid of box is not attached to bottom. Inside of box is stamped in purple ink number "003" but it is unknown how many copies of this set were pressed.
