MFSL 1-256. 1993 test pressing of MFSL half-speed mastered LP which was eventually released in 1996. Still sealed in loose perforated bag. Generic RTI test pressing label on side one has date of production (Sept. 27 1993), catalog number and side delineations printed. Plain white label on side two. Includes generic white die-cut cover with information stamped at top right corner on front. No label copy sheet. According to our one open copy of this test pressing, the matrix etchings of this 1993 cut differ from the 1996 version, as this ends in "A-2" / "B-4" and the released version ends in "A-3" / "B-2". How this earlier cut differs from the released version -- and why it was re-cut before its eventual release -- is unknown.
