BST 84146. 1966 reissue of 1963 stereo LP. Non-deep groove pressing with "New York USA" on labels, which have both "INC" and "R." "Van Gelder" and "Stereo" stamped in trail-off area. All-Disc pressing, so no "P" ("ear") etched in trail-off area. "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address on back cover. A handful of light discoloration spots on back cover. Corners slightly "pushed" and lightly "balding".
