Generic RTI test pressing label on side one has catalog number, side delineation and date of production (June 17 2009) stamped. Blank label on side two. Plain white generic cover has same information stamped at top right corner. No label copy sheet. "Q.C. Copy" written in black marker on front cover, and artist/title written lightly in pencil beneath stamp on front.
