Flat rim, deep-groove pressing has "767 Lexington Ave NYC" address on labels and "P" etched in trail-off area ("RVG" etchings did not appear in this series until BLP 7027). Non-laminated, blank spine cover has "767 Lexington Ave., New York 21, N.Y." address on back cover. Mild general wear on cover, all four corners lightly "balding".
