BLP 4222. 1967 mono original LP. Non-deep groove pressing with "New York USA" on labels, which have both "INC" and "R" printed. "VAN GELDER" stamped in trail-off area. "43 West 61st St., New York, N.Y. 10023" address on back cover. Large blue "Audition Copy" stamp on back cover. Moderate to heavy creasing around bottom corner at spine. Light ring wear visible on front cover. Rub marks along seams and spine (no splits). All four corners "pushed" and "balding".
