Slightly later issue of 1959 mono LP. Non-deep groove pressing with "47 West 63rd, NYC" address on labels which have both "INC" and "R" printed. "RVG" stamped, but no Plastylite "P" ("ear") etched in trail-off area. Printed spine, non-laminated cover has "47 West 63rd Street, New York 23" and "Blue Note Records Inc." on back. 3/4" tear in cover just below top corner at opening. 1/2" seam split at bottom corner at opening. All four corners varying degrees of "pushed" and "balding".
