1959 mono original "six eyes" label LP. First issue cover which has "Adderly" misprinted on both front and back, and lists 'B' side tracks in reverse order. 'B' side label also has tracks listed incorrectly. NO "CBS" printed below "Columbia" on labels. 2" seam split at bottom of cover at opening, mild to moderate rub marks along seams and spine. Two stains on back cover near top edge. All four corners "balding".
