1959 mono original "six eyes" label LP. First issue cover which has "Adderly" misprinted on both front and back, and lists 'B' side tracks in reverse order. 'B' side label also has tracks listed incorrectly. NO "CBS" printed below "Columbia" on labels. A handful of small nicks at edges of cover. Top corner at spine creased. Yellowing and light "foxing" on back cover from age. All four corners "pushed" and "balding," bottom corner at opening of cover just starting to split.
