BLP 4126. 1963 mono original LP. Non-deep groove pressing with "New York USA" on labels, which have both "INC" and "R" printed. "VAN GELDER" stamped and "P" ("ear") etched in trail-off area. Laminated cover has "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address and "Printed in U.S.A." on back. Tear in catalog number on back cover slick (around top corner at spine), which has two small purple ink stamps. Otherwise just mild edge wear, corners at opening slightly "pushed" and all four corners lightly "balding".
