1966 second issue of 1961 mono LP. Non-deep groove pressing with "47 West 63rd - NYC" address on labels, which have both "INC" and "R." "RVG" stamped, but no Plastylite "P" etched in trail-off area. "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address on back cover. Light "foxing" on both labels and back cover. Top corner at spine slightly "pushed," all four corners lightly "balding".
