1966 mono original "First State" "Butcher" cover LP. This one never had the second (trunk) slick pasted over it. West Coast issue (factory #6 on back). Bottom corner of cover at opening has a 4" cut denoting it as a promotional copy, as most promos of West Coast "First States" were. 5-1/2" seam split at top of cover at opening. Tattering along spine as well as two small splits measuring 1-1/4" and 2-1/4". Stain on back at top corner at opening, a few other small discolorations on front and back. All three remaining corners "pushed" and "balding".
