1983 original LP with front cover autographed and inscribed in silver marker "To Cindy" by Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, Vince Neil and Mick Mars. This was signed on November 14, 1983 when they were guests on the Rockline radio show. Hole punch at top right corner.

From the collection of Cindy Tollin, who was a producer on the Rockline radio show from 1981-1987. She obtained autographs from most of the artists who appeared on the show.
