John Fogerty inscribed "To Roy Enjoy!" above his name. Tom Fogerty inscribed "To: Thee Roy Carr Thanks for your lessons on life" above his name. Stu Cook signed twice, once just his name and once with "Keep crumblin' those crumpets!" above his name. Doug Clifford signed just his name.
