BEACH BOYS

1961 original first pressing 45 with "331" catalog number. This was issued in December 1961, days before it was issued on the "X" label (with 301 catalog number).

In January 1962, it was reissued as Candix 301 (to match the X catalog number) and became a minor hit.

This first Beach Boys 45 is many more times rarer than the later 301 issue.

Labels are clean with some minor rubbing at bottom of 'A' label. Vinyl has some light scuffing, almost (VG+).

Both sides play great, with minimal background noise.

A truly Near Mint example of Candix 331 would sell for over $3000 today.
