1968 original set of first four US Apple 45s in promo only 9" x 11.5" white cardboard press kit folder with green Apple logo on front.
Although this press kit is actually untitled, this is the US version of the UK "Our First Four" presentation pack.
Includes Beatles (Hey Jude), Black Dyke Mills Band (Thingumybob)(VG-), Mary Hopkin (Those Were The Days) and Jackie Lomax (Sour Milk Sea) 45s.
Each artist is represented by one 8" x 10" black and white press photo, one 8.5" x 11" details page written by Derek Taylor and one 5.5" x 8.5" bio booklet.
Each 45 is the proper West Coast first issue, each including a thumb tab cut "Apple" sleeve (one is "The Beatles on Apple").
This kit contains Apple folder, 4 photos, 4 bios, 4 booklets, 4 45s, 4 Apple sleeves. Outer mailing envelope is not included. Some press kits contained duplicates of each photo, but most did not.
Press kit is in great condition, with some creases at the top of the folder and a light stain. The contents are near mint. The 45s and the Apple sleeves are nice as well.
This super rare press kit is one of less than ten examples known to exist!
