1966 mono original unpeeled (second state) "Butcher" cover LP. This is an UNOPENED Los Angeles example (factory number "6" on back cover). Yellow inner sleeve is clearly visible at opening. Four small breathe holes in front cover shrink wrap. Front slick has been applied over catalog number in top right corner of cover. Top left and bottom right corners are very slightly "pushed".  NO cut-out hole!
