2009 test pressing of 180-gram reissue of LP originally issued in 1963. Disc has RTI test pressing label on 'A' side and blank label on 'B' side. Plain white cover has info stamped at top right corner on front. The disc states a date of production of November 2, 2009 while the cover lists November 4, 2009. All known copies of this test pressing to surface so far have the labels reversed, with the 'A' side RTI test pressing label being applied to the 'B' side of the disc, and the blank label affixed to the 'A' side of the disc. This test pressing has never officially been released. The 2012 reissues were pressed by Rainbo, making this a unique pressing.
