1959 mono "six eyes" white label promo LP. First issue cover which has "Adderly" misprinted on both front and back, and lists 'B' side tracks in reverse order. 'B' side label also has tracks listed incorrectly. NO "CBS" printed below "Columbia" on labels. Cover has some faint rub marks along bottom on front, a tiny nick at top edge near opening, and mild corner wear/"balding".
