1989 promo picture disc CD with clear plastic Univenture style PVC sleeve signed in blue marker by Chris Cornell, pink marker by Kim Thayil and black marker by Matt Cameron and Ben Shepherd. This was signed on December 31, 1991 at Yesterday & Today Records in Miami, FL where they did an in-store signing prior to their opening slot for Guns N' Roses at Joe Robbie Stadium. Includes Rockaway Records LOA.
