1982 original Canadian 12" EP with picture cover. This special limited-edition package also includes a full color 24-page booklet, an embroidered sew-on logo patch and a 24" x 36" poster, all housed in a gatefold cover with pocket flap inside. The silver info sticker that was originally on the shrink wrap for this package has been relocated to a generic white inner sleeve which is included here. Also includes red inner sleeve with "KIT 1" catalog number printed on it. Slight warp not affecting play. Three corners of picture cover/folder "pushed". Also inserts are in great shape.
