Early 1980s original LP recorded live in Baltimore, MD on November 26, 1969. Includes title insert which is printed in black ink on white paper. Cover retains its original shrink wrap. Top corner of cover at opening and bottom corner at spine slightly "pushed". As a bonus, this item includes a 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" index card with handwritten details by someone involved in the manufacture of this release (states catalog number, 1000 copies pressed, all blue label Devil's Disciple versions should have the same 11" x 12" title insert, and no other variations exist).
