BST 84106. 1967 reissue of 1962 stereo LP. Non-deep groove pressing with "A Division Of Liberty Records, Inc." on labels. "VAN GELDER" and "STEREO" stamped in trail-off area. All-Disc pressing which does not have "P" ("ear") etched in trail-off area. "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address on back cover, but bottom of slick on back cover where address appears has torn in two or three places. Ring wear visible at bottom of front cover. Creasing around top corner at spine, which is also "pushed". Bottom corner at opening of cover also "pushed".
