Plain white labels with "Side A" printed on one, but disc was pressed by GZ Media in the Czech Republic. Includes die-cut test pressing cover and re-sealable outer sleeve with info sticker at lower right corner on front. Top and bottom corners of cover at right side slightly bent and creased. No label copy sheet.
