Generic QRP test pressing labels on sides one and three have printed sticker with date of production (02-04-2016), catalog number (AAPP 2170-45), side delineations, artist, and title affixed to it. Plain white labels on sides two and four. Plain white covers have info sticker affixed at top right corner on front.
