Generic RTI test pressing label on side one has date of production (April 15 2012), catalog number and side delineations printed. Plain white label on side two. Does not includes stamped RTI cover; this comes with a plain white die-cut cover with info sticker at top right corner of front cover. No label copy sheet. Sleeve residue on disc not affecting play.
