Generic QRP test pressing labels on sides one and three have printed sticker with date of production (06-16-2021), catalog number (AUHQR 0006-45), side delineations, artist, and title affixed to it. Plain white labels on sides two and four. Plain white covers have info sticker affixed at top right corner on front.
