BLP 4033. 1960 mono original LP. Deep groove pressing with "47 West 63rd - NYC" on labels, which have both "INC" and "R" printed. "RVG" stamped and "P" ("ear") etched in trail-off area. "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address on back cover. 2-1/2" seam split at bottom of cover near spine. Small tear in back cover slick near bottom corner at opening, small stain on back cover near top corner at opening. Bottom corner at opening slightly bent and "pushed," bottom corner at spine and top corner at opening "pushed," all four corners lightly "balding".
