Generic QRP test pressing label on side one has printed sticker with date of production (12-13-2013), catalog number (ST-2354), artist, and title affixed to it. Plain white label on side two. Plain white cover has info sticker affixed at top right corner on front. Cover has a tiny nick in spine.
